Return in case of damage

When your order arrives at your home, please check thoroughly for damage and completeness of the delivery. If there is any damage or missing products, please contact us (preferably) within 48 hours. If there is damage, please do not assemble the products.

Steps to take in case of damage

1. Report damage to the driver
2. Sign for the delivery as Damaged
3. Take clear pictures of the visible damage and the delivery note with signature and damaged notice
4. After delivery; contact our customer service and provide us with your order number and pictures
5. Please do not assemble damaged or broken products; this will cause your warranty to expire
