How can I cancel or modify an order?

Notify our customer service of the cancellation or modification as soon as possible. This can be done by phone, email, chat, or through the contact form. Clearly mention the order number of your purchase.

Once the cancellation request is received, our customer service will handle it. Once an order is scheduled for transport, it is unfortunately no longer possible to cancel. If the delivery is not desired, the cancellation will be treated as a return, and return costs may apply. Any changes to your order may affect the delivery time.

Upon approval, the request is forwarded to the accounting department, where the cancellation or modification is processed.

If you have already paid for the canceled order, we will refund the order amount as soon as possible. The amount will be refunded within the legal period of no later than 14 days after the cancellation notification via the payment method chosen during the order.
