When do I not have or lose the warranty?

You can only claim warranty if the assembly and maintenance of the product have been done exactly according to the assembly instructions and the product has been used correctly. Using excessive force during assembly and thereby forcing the parts can lead to damage.

No warranty claims can be made in the following cases:

  • Intentional damage or negligence
  • Improper use or negligent maintenance
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by not following or not correctly following the user manual
  • Damage caused by natural elements such as wind, hail, snow, or storm
  • Natural wear and tear or damage during transportation
  • Damage resulting from the use of materials other than original, mechanical damage, the influence of chemicals, or other factors causing harm to the product.
